The next date for shipping orders is January 2021.  We wish all our customers a healthy and happy Christmas and thank you for your support in 2020.

URGENT CUSTOMER MESSAGE 12/12/20

To guarantee delivery of your order from The Scullery before Christmas, please place your order by 2pm on MONDAY 14 DECEMBER.

An Post has advised that due to record volumes of online shopping, it can only guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of e-commerce parcels received into its processing  system by close of business on 14th December. 

As we are currently experiencing a high level of orders at present, delivery times may be longer than usual. An email will be sent to you to advise when your order has been despatched.  Your support and patience are greatly appreciated.

Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If you require express delivery please request via email and we will endeavour to ensure this takes place, this may incur an extra charge – you will be notified if this is the case.

Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address.

The delivery charge is set at €8.50 for all Republic of Ireland (ROI) orders.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over €35.00

Orders must be made in boxes of minimum 3 items up to 12 items. Any 3 items may be selected and any number of boxes may be ordered in one order.

Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made by email to florrie@thescullery.ie/thescullery within two days of delivery.
