Today, using the very same time-tested recipe, Florrie continues in this tradition. There is no stinting on quality or care. All seven mixed fruits are hand selected, weighed and soaked in ale to make them extra succulent. Pure Irish butter is used for a richer, softer bite. Finally, every pudding is christened with a generous drop of French brandy and sealed with a Christmas wish for your family to enjoy. Quite simply, this is edible history.
